This is a review for the 2010 Toyota Venza. I think this is a great car with lots of room. It can hold five people, plus have plenty of room in the back for hauling lacrosse equipment or groceries. It is also very stylish and sporty. It doesn’t look like a “mommy car”. I love the V-6. It has a lot of torque and horsepower when I need it.
As a result, it’s not the greatest on gas, about 20 mpg. That is really the thing I dislike about the car.
It rides smooth and has a lot of great features. Some of the best features are the heated seats, GPS, backup camera, satellite radio, sun roof, moon roof, cruise control and an automatic tailgate. The front seats are automatic , making them very easy to adjust. The windows have a great feature that allows you to completely roll up or down the window with just one hit of the button. Everything I need is on the steering wheel which is great for keeping my eyes on the road. With a touch of a button on the steering wheel , I can make and receive phone calls, change the music from FM to AM to Satellite radio, or to a four cd disc changer. I can also control the volume of the music as well as the cruise control. It has a hatchback that is automatic with a touch of a button on the key fob or on the dash.
This car also does not have a standard key. It has a key fob and to start the car, you must hold down the brake and push the button. I think this is one of the many great safety features of the car.
It also has front and side air bags, and a backup camera. This is the first time I have had a car with a backup camera, and I don’t think that I would consider buying another car without it. It eliminates many blind spots and gives me more confidence when driving in reverse or trying to parallel park.
